Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DrawMotion Speed Painter handles information when you use the app inside Canva or contact support.

Information we process

• Images and background media you choose for creating an animation.
• The generated animation and a preview thumbnail when you add or download a result.
• A Canva user identifier used to authenticate requests and enforce fair-use limits.
• Daily upload count and total uploaded bytes.
• Your email address, request category, and message when you voluntarily submit a support ticket.

How processing works

Image processing and animation rendering run in your browser on your device. Selected source files are not stored by DrawMotion as a project library. When you add an animation to Canva or request a download, the generated file and, where required, a thumbnail are uploaded to DrawMotion's temporary delivery service so Canva or your browser can retrieve them.

Retention

Temporary generated assets expire automatically after approximately 24 hours. Daily usage records are kept briefly for abuse prevention. Support tickets are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer and resolve the request.

Service providers

DrawMotion uses Canva to provide the design integration and Cloudflare to host the website, API, temporary files, and database. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Purpose and legal basis

We process information to provide the requested animation service, protect it from abuse, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information or use uploaded media for advertising.

Your choices and rights

You may stop using the app at any time. You can request access to or deletion of support information through the support page. Temporary assets disappear automatically and cannot be restored after expiry.

Security

Backend requests from the Canva app require a verified Canva user token and an allowed app origin. Uploaded file types and sizes are restricted, public asset URLs use random identifiers, and temporary assets expire automatically. No method of internet transmission is completely risk-free.

Children

DrawMotion is intended for people who are permitted to use Canva under Canva's applicable terms. We do not knowingly collect information from children outside that context.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
