Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use DrawMotion Speed Painter inside Canva or use this website.

Using DrawMotion

You may use DrawMotion to transform images into animations for lawful personal or commercial design work, subject to Canva's terms and any limits shown in the app.

Your content

You keep your rights in images, background media, and other content you provide. You grant DrawMotion only the limited permission needed to process that content, generate the requested animation, deliver it to Canva or your browser, and provide support.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions required to use your content. Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringes another person's rights.

Beta service and fair use

DrawMotion may operate as a beta service. Usage, upload size, file format, and daily limits may apply to keep the service reliable and affordable. Attempts to bypass limits, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, or access another user's data are prohibited.

Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We aim to preserve projects and workflows, but availability is not guaranteed. Save a copy of important output in Canva or on your device.

Third-party services

DrawMotion relies on Canva and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. DrawMotion is not responsible for changes or outages in third-party services.

Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, DrawMotion does not make warranties that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every device or project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DrawMotion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
